Interstate Corporation keeps up to date with changes in today's sophisticated roofing system specification requirements and performs all roofing system applications. In order to ensure Quality Control is maintained while construction is completed in a timely manner, we self-perform most of the roofing and sheet metal work utilizing own personnel. We seamlessly combine the work of our trade and other specialty trade subcontractors in order to deliver work on time and to the satisfaction of our clients as necessary.

Wall Panel Systems

At Interstate Corporation, we fabricate highly demanded Composite Wall Panel Systems in-house, utilizing our fully computerized CNC equipment to meet a tight construction schedule. We also closely work with other industry partners to provide other type of wall panel systems.

Sustainable Construction

Sustainable construction is at the forefront of the construction industry as it strives to support the surrounding, natural environment through the development and construction of environmentally sensitive buildings. Interstate follows the efforts of LEED submittal protocol and shifts construction and design procedures to adhere to the LEED philosophies and intentions. Interstate is a certified Green Roof installer by the industry's leading manufacturers and been in involved with many LEED certification required building projects. In fact, the first Pre-Vegetated Green Roof in a Montgomery County Public School Building was installed by Interstate.

Design/Build

Interstate has the ability and knowledge to carry out any Design/Build projects. This method is ideal for prospective owners who do not have other resources and who prefer turnkey services. With some of industry's leading manufactures cooperation and our in-house design professionals who offer unparalleled experience and knowledge in the market sectors influencing today's projects. Design/Build services provide complete roof plans with details and specifications to meet the individual needs of each building, because all buildings are not meant for same use and purpose.
