A family owned and operated company, Interstate Corporation has been proudly serving the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area for the past 27 years. Interstate Corporation is a full-service Commercial Roofing company led by Perry Cho, president and John Cho co-founder. Together both brothers continue the legacy of success from one goal that was set 27 years ago, “Delivering Quality Service that Exceeds Expectation.” Over those years, Interstate has crafted an impressive portfolio of commercial, governmental, and private projects with an emphasis on educational buildings. Our portfolio includes hundreds of replacement, renovation and new construction of K-12 schools, universities, academic buildings, shopping centers, apartments, warehouses, offices, churches, and an array of other commercial and governmental facilities.

Commitment

Over 36,000 square feet of our main office and warehouse building in Gaithersburg, MD, we are fully equipped with most state of art computerized sheet metal fabrication equipments. Our inventory includes a variety of specialty and most commonly used roofing and sheet metal supplies to facilitate the immediate demands that are often required from job site. Interstate also owns and operates various highly demanded special roofing equipment such as, Asphalt Tankers, Crane Trucks, Telescopic Forklifts, Man-Lifts, Tractors etc.
